Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through warm leads, referrals, and networking.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs.
- Educate clients on State Farm products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be fluent in both languages.
- Prior insurance sales experience – a must!
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Texas).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: $32,500.00 - $87,500.00 per year
